Greenspace Environmental supported Bovis during land negotiation stages. This included negotiating the final remediation contract on Bovis’ behalf, ahead of the vendor carrying out remediation works.
Greenspace Environmental also acted as the supervisor under an NEC option A contract, securing regulatory sign off.
Uxbridge Golf Course – Project Management Services
Employed by the leaseholder on behalf of Uxbridge Council, Greenspace Environmental managed a planning application to reinstate and enhance Uxbridge Golf Course.
This required extensive public consultation, management of designers and ecologists. A successful planning application was achieved on appeal.
